I was diagnosed with Scheuerrman's Kyphosis during my sophomore year of high school, towards the end of the football
season. This site will eventually provide access to my story and give tips about what has helped me physically overcome the
disease. Within about a year and a half of diagnosis, I was off all medications and since then I have been living a virtually
pain-free lifestyle - without ever going through surgery or bracing. Please bookmark this site - Life is crazy right
